The Archives: Philadelphia

The Liberty Bell, or more technically, the Pennsylvania Statehouse Bell. Interestingly, the crack you see is not THE crack. What you see is repairs to keep it from cracking more.

They’ll put a memorial marker to anything here. Ben Franklin’s privy.

I saw this sign at a Canal museum. Cracked me up.

Some of you may know I’m a “foodie”. I love the Food Network and Iron Chef is one of my favorites. Iron Chef Japanese, Chef Morimoto has a new place in Philly.

I called up and got in on the same Monday off. It turns out I was sitting at the sushi bar right next to Chef Morimoto’s station. This was how close I was all night. Fantastic food.

Chef’s choice. I have no idea what some of the items I ate were.

The Crayola factory museum and the 100 billionth crayon. Molded by Mr. Rogers in February 1996.

Guess who at the Crayola museum.

OK, so this isn’t from Philly, but it’s my page and I can put a picture of my girlfriend on it if I want. So there.
