Our new home. Well, ok.
The bank's new home that we live in. After 5 years, it's nice to have a
place we can go to. |
OK, I know it's a small
picture, but if you click on it, it'll take you to a larger image of the
floor plan. Just use the "BACK" button on your browser to get back here. |
View of the house from the
back yard. The enclosed lanai, or "Florida Room". |

Looking from the entry
towards the dining room and kitchen. Note the wall with arches that's
only 10' high. Leaves a very open feeling. |
Reverse of the previous
shot. Looking from the breakfast nook towards the entry and guest
bedroom. Again, no cabinets over the island to keep the open feeling. |
Looking from the entrance
of the master bedroom through the "leisure room" towards the kitchen.
Patio and breakfast nook are to the right. |

Standing in the kitchen
looking towards the breakfast nook. (This picture is of the previous
owners furnishings.) The blue is the wrong shade, so we'll be changing
that. |
Our view from our
backyard. The property is against a mangrove preserve, so no one can
build behind us. Even if they do, we own 20' beyond the fence. |
The lanai and spa. That
piece of furniture IS staying. We were either going to put in a pool or
buy a spa. This way, we have the spa for when we're home and it's easier
to care for than a pool. |
