The House

Our new home. Well, ok. The bank's new home that we live in. After 5 years, it's nice to have a place we can go to. OK, I know it's a small picture, but if you click on it, it'll take you to a larger image of the floor plan. Just use the "BACK" button on your browser to get back here. View of the house from the back yard. The enclosed lanai, or "Florida Room".
Looking from the entry towards the dining room and kitchen. Note the wall with arches that's only 10' high. Leaves a very open feeling. Reverse of the previous shot. Looking from the breakfast nook towards the entry and guest bedroom. Again, no cabinets over the island to keep the open feeling. Looking from the entrance of the master bedroom through the "leisure room" towards the kitchen. Patio and breakfast nook are to the right.
Standing in the kitchen looking towards the breakfast nook. (This picture is of the previous owners furnishings.) The blue is the wrong shade, so we'll be changing that. Our view from our backyard. The property is against a mangrove preserve, so no one can build behind us. Even if they do, we own 20' beyond the fence. The lanai and spa. That piece of furniture IS staying. We were either going to put in a pool or buy a spa. This way, we have the spa for when we're home and it's easier to care for than a pool.
